News EARTH PUJA On April 23, we performed the Earth Puja to initiate the construction of the new school. At 7:00 a.m., Sri Ganapathi Lakshmi Kubera Homam began the ceremony with two priests from the Arunachaleshwarer Temple, who performed the Homam. Mr. A.K. Kumaraswamy, the president of Vengikkal Panchayat, participated in the puja. Parents, neighbors, teachers and students were in attendance to witness the puja. We hope for your continued kindness and donations to be able to construct the building construction as soon as possible. I will keep you informed of the construction process. Thank you.

On April 21 with God’s grace, the Arunachalam Trust was
able to acquire three acres (12,141 square meters) of land on which
to build the new school. The land, which cost $50,000 (Rs. 22,
50,000), is only three kilometers from the school’s present
location in Vengikkal Panchayat and very close to the Tiruvannamalai
District Administrative Officer’s (Collector’s) Office.
