On December 30, the Arunachulam Trust hosted a Get Together event for friends and supporters of the school at the Hotel Arunai Anandha. School teachers gave a warm welcome to the guests. The event began at 6:15 p.m. with silent prayer. After Ms. Natalia Maldonado, a Spanish teacher, shared her impressions of her recent visit to the school, Managing Trustee of the Trust Mr. Karunanithi gave an introductory speech in which he expressed his thanks and well wishes to the attendees. An Indian classical dance, performed by local dance professionals, was enjoyed by everyone. Professor Phillip Lucas, a religious teacher from USA, and his wife Mrs. Ann Rigspy were the special guests who commended the dancers. The performance was followed by a delicious dinner served on the lawn of the hotel. Trust Trustee Mr. Karunanithi met with and exchanged his heartfelt thanks to each of the attendees: Ms. Ingrid Weigner from Sweden; Nambev, Nur, Alessandro and Angelo from Italy; Ms. Roshida from France; Ms. Briege from Ireland; Ms. Kong, Ms. Chon Song Ja and Ms. Chon Keun Ja from Korea; and Mr. Chris Hebard from USA.
